I got a great deal on this headset. I plug it into the phone, and I can type while I talk to patients. The sound is very good and the head set is comfortable. While I could pay more to get a Bluetooth set-up, I don't really need it. The headset wire has a clip as does my phone. I can go anywhere in the house hands free.
