4Not bad in terms of versatility, not great on out going sound...
By S. M. Robare
I've been using the GN9330 for a month or so now, and the headset is pretty nice in terms of versatility.

The Good:
-The range from the cradle/phone to a lost signal is at least 325 feet, and I've even managed to go a bit further int eh building I work in (it's functional for at about 2 floors away from the cradle.)
-I also really like the modular ability to switch between a standard over the head wire holder for the unit, or the much smaller over the ear clip on.
-The charge on the unit lasts for a number of days before it needs to be recharged.
-The incoming sound is excellent, though the initial out of the box setting is very low.
-The pick-up/hang-up button is fairly responsive with a light touch.

The Bad:
-The out-going sound quality seems to be relatively low, even for calls withing the same building.
-The over the ear clip tends to make the unit hug very close to the face which can cause the microphone to pick-up garbled, muffled sound.

The unit works very well with the GN1000 receiver lifter unit.

5Great Quality, Light, Comfortable
By K. Montazami
I have never used a wireless headset before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Turns out I love it! It is light, sits comfortably on my head, doesn't "squeeze" to give a headache, and the sound quality is excellent! My office is on the 2nd story of an office building and I can use the headset even when I am outside the office!

4Great Quality, short battery life
By Jeff Arnold
I bought this as I have previously owned GN Netcom Headsets. I really like this headset, it is very clear both incoming and outgoing. With the controls in the base, it was very easy to adjust inbound and outbound levels. However, I am disappointed in the battery life. My old batteries would last for 6 - 8 hours. I can get maybe 2 or 3 hours on my new headset at best. Other than that, it is a great unit.
