Just what I've been waiting for.
By G. Magno
Great range and clarity. Plenty loud.
I had a Uniden headset before and returned it because it was low in volume and impossible to register. This one registered like a dream. Previously, I had a different AT&T wireless headset before this one, but it came Dead On Arrival. Quality Control must have been sleeping that day. This time AT&T got it right. I decided to go with this new and improvement one, and it was an excellent choice. The padded earpiece is very comfortable and there are no buds sticking in your ear.
I highly recommend it.

good companion to ATT phones
By James Charanis
I think this is a great tool. Just beware that when you have a two line phone this will only initiate calls from the primary line (1) - in order to use it for calls from line two you have to initiate the call and then activate it. Not a terrible thing just know it.

a little heavy
By Paul Mathena
The 7800 works great with just a little echo of my own voice once in a while. The balance and weight of the unit makes it feel insecure when using the over the ear hooks, either small and large, when you move your head side to side. I use the over the head support which makes it very secure. Sound quality is good and volume is very good and sometimes a little too loud turned all the way down.
