High quality headset, excellent features

I use this with Lync softphone/Win7, a Windows7 mobile, and an Android 3.0 mobile. Lync and Android devices produce sound quality with this headset that challenges even my wired headset. Win7 Mobile has good quality but sometimes has a static prone connection.
Pros:
- perfectly balanced on the ear, I forget i'm wearing it even after 5+ hrs straight
- connects to 2 of my devices simultaneously; can pause my lync call and take a cell call with zero connection issues
- mute button on boom
- comes with charging stand, charging case and usb dongle for softphone
- general operations are intuitive and easy to execute (pairing, adjusting headset features in PC application, using voice commands, etc)
Cons:
- none really; would like the dongle to pair with other headsets (non-Plantronics), but that doesn't work, by design
I have used all kinds of BT headsets and searched far and wide for one that is compatible with Lync as well as my cellphones. If this is also your situation, stop looking and just buy this one.

What's in the box? More than the picture shows - and it's a great design.

Useful to know: In addition to the
1) headset and
2) usb bluetooth key, you will also receive
3) the multi-charge holding carrying case,
4) a usb-to-micro-usb cable that charges the case,
5) an adapter for the cable that attaches for direct-to-headset charging,
6) desktop weighted headset charger that plugs to electrical outlet
I did not realize this when purchasing, because the product info was not that descriptive and the picture suggested only the first two items. Therefore, you do NOT need to buy the (extremely handy) charging carry case separately. Also, note that the carry case does not work with other Plantronics headsets of similar shape that physically fit in the case but do not have the same charging point connector.
The headset and accessories address many of the issues experienced by those of us 'mobile workers' who use Lync instead of a desk phone and have cell phones that are used interchangeably. This headset allows you to use both (and other devices) seamlessly. I appreciate having an actual switch for on/off and separate buttons for mute, volume, power and talk. While those buttons multi-task, it's not in the same way as prior models that can leave you guessing whether that "beep", "boop" or "tone" meant you're muted or not on that important phone call. It's also nigh impossible to turn on the headset by accident, a common problem with the push-button approach in a bag.
For this seller, the product arrived in original packaging and faster than I expected (from AZ to MN - 2 days on free shipping). The only complaint is the info description, including picture, that could have made my decision process simpler and more confident.

Simple installation, comfortable fit and great sound quality.

The build quality is outstanding on this Voyager Legend, it comes with a sleek travel case with battery backup that recharges the headpiece, a desktop stand charger and simple no frill cable charger. The fit is comfortable and sound quality is excellent. Callers tell me it sounds better than my cell phone directly without it. I'm using for mobile cellular, and with Microsoft Lync soft phone on laptop. It stays connected with both simultaneously, I can answer either one on the Voyager. Laptop setup was easy, plug and play. Range is short though, signal breaks up at my office door (maybe 10 feet). Not a problem, I'm always near my cell or laptop when using it anyway.
