1Good sound quality but fell apart very quickly.
By John Paterick
I was very pleased with the sound quality of this headset, at least initially. Unfortunately, that became irrelevant after the set fell apart after only 3 or 4 uses. The plastic where the ear-cups attach to the band that goes over your head (whatever you call that thing) broke on both sides simultaneously leaving me with ear-cups dangling on thin wires below my shoulders like a couple of extra-ugly earrings. For the price (about 70 scoots) one would expect the thing to last for years.

5Call Center Headshet

These headset are perfect. Good quality. They were about 1/4 of the price for competitors headsets. Definitely a great value for the price.

4Good sound, but is a little too big
By Sabrina
We had cheap headsets before buying these so there's a big (better) difference. However, the part that goes over your head is a little too big and can't be re-sized to be smaller.
