Needed this!

One of my biggest issues when taking calls for my at home call center was that people had problems hearing me. With this headset I don't have to shout at people to be heard!

Not what is described

I chose the 2 star rating because this device is not what is described. I wanted a new device and it is not. It came in a box but the mute button on the volume control is not secure and I can tell this is a used device.
In addition the seller says they deliver within 24 hours. I ordered the device on Wednesday and they didn't send it out until Friday. The excuse given to me is because of a religious holiday on Thursday (September 19,2013). I don't know of any holidays on that day so I don't believe them. I needed the headset by Monday which is why I ordered on Wed. If they wouldn't have said they would ship it out the next day I wouldn't have ordered the headset from them.
The headset is broken but I have no choice but to keep it because I am using it for work. I will have to get a replacement for the headset. Only reason I didn't give them a 2 star is because it is usable.
