Try to dial from the cpu it says not enough numbers or gives a strange type of busy signal then does not call out. The headset itself is great i would have given 4 or 5 star if the software wasnt so bad

Works well with my ATT land line. Sound is not perfect but for this price I would buy this again. Charge last's me nearly all week and I can walk fairly far away from the base and still maintain contact.

5Very good headset

Works good everywhere in house, battery on single charge exellent, very long. Previously own GE and Plantronic wired with with dial module it was good only if you not moving, so this set illuminate this problem. Unfortunate I missing at list one future: little monitor with caller ID .
