Product fits comfortably, good sound quality. The quick disconnect feature is too difficult to disconnect for the average person, there is a good deal of resistance. Change from right handed to left handed person is as easy as swinging the boom/mic around. Ear and head pads are very soft and comfortable leather padding.

5Amazingly good

I use this headset every day. Sometimes for six hours at a time. It is a great way to keep your hands free for typing. I like the fact that both the earpad AND the mic are adjustable. In addition, the sound quality is amazing. You can place the mic however you want (in front of your mouth, under your nose, under your chin, sticking out like a pointer) and the people talking on the phone with you get no hissing/static/loss of volume. I have placed the mic up near my eye while talking quietly to a coworker in the office, and the person on the other end of the phone could still hear.

5Great sound quality

Bought this for the Cisco IP Phone 7960 for work/home and do love it, customers could hear me fine and I could hear them fine.
