5Fit right in with our phone system!

We have an older Lucent/Avaya phone system and couldn't find any headsets that were affordable and had a return policy should they not work. These are VERY affordable, plug right into handset jack on phone, easy for anyone to use and have good clarity. I was able to return a defective one with no problems!

This telephone headset is excellent. Perfectly compatible with my Nortel M3904 desk phone, just as their ad claims. No adaptors required. Mic boom is adjustable (bendable). I can position the mic close for speaking without pulling the earphone off position. I don't need to raise my voice after switching from handset to headset. Also my callers tell me that there is no change in voice quality. Cord is partly straight and partly coiled. Headphone is vinyl covered foam. Overall this is much better than I expected --and for about $100 less than plantronics.

I'm so glad to have found this. I searched everywhere for a headset with a standard phone jack and I couldn't find one. This has literally saved my neck.
