The Best Headset Ever

I recently had to switch from this Plantronics headset to a Logitech h800 because of going from a VOIP phone to Google Voice. It was tough to do it, but it had to be done. This headset is by far the best double eared headset that I've used in my over seven years of Sales. Not only is it cushy and comfortable on your ears, but the quality is crystal clear. I also work at home and have hardwood floors so I usually echo, but this headset keeps the echo down to a minimum. It's also easy to mute and un mute while walking around. The range is unbelievable. I would go out to my mailbox to get the mail, go to my kitchen, walk down in the basement and even go in my backyard over 100 feet away from my receiver and never lost signal. If you're using an office phone or work from home with a VOIP phone hands down this is the headset to get.

This is a great product.

I got this for work because I am on the phone most of the day and also need the flexibility to move around. I love this product. It is easy to set-up and I think has a noise canceling feature because sometimes I will hear an echo or myself typing in the headset but as soon as I say hello all other background noises disappear. It also makes talking to people with bad phone reception easier to understand since it seems to make it easier for me to hear them by cutting out the background noise on my end.
The only thing I wish it had was some type of set-up so I could pick up and hang up the phone without picking up the handset but I knew it didn't have that feature when I bought it. This is a wonderful product and good quality. So happy I bought it!

GREAT headset for telephones...

I am a fan of PLANTRONICS and have several of their products. The items they produce and not cheap by any means but they are of the highest quality and should last many years. I bought this set of headphones because I need to walk around my office to look for files or paperwork while on the phone. I needed a wireless headset. These are perfect. Easily adjusted to fit your head, adjustable volume, and adjustable tone, and comfortable for long sessions, rechargeable and each charge lasts several hours. I combined this headset with PLANTRONICS T10 base telephone unit and it works great. (PLANTRONICS doesn't advertise that this combination will work because the T10 comes with a corded headset....but I tried it and it works). I am VERY happy and satisfied. Do not be put off by the price...these work and are quality. Don't buy others based on cheap price. You'll regret your decision. PLANTRONICS customer service is also top notch.
