3Works, but not as comfortable as its predecessor

As someone who works in the IT industry, I rely heavily on my headset. I previously had a CS70 that was fantastic until a day of frustration led to it spontaneously jumping into my wall and exploding (yes, ok, my bad). I bought this as a replacement - sound quality is great, works with the lifter just fine etc. My one real complaint is that the ear loop is EXTREMELY stiff, making it a bit of a challenge to quickly take off and on. The old CS70 ear loop was rubbery and flexible and could be pulled apart quite easily to put it on. This one, not so much.

Overall a good headset, but unless your CS70 spontaneously explodes, understand that this is nowhere near as comfortable for extended wear.

5A big improvement over the older CS55

I bought several of these headsets to replace older CS55 headsets and was quite surprised over how much better they are. I noticed much greater range and battery life, no interference when taking a call outside the building, it is extremely light on the ear, and overall a big improvement. The price has also gone considerably down on these units.

I already put in an order for more of these.

Love it! Great sound quality! Great control at my fingertips. Perfect for working at home. Only minor issue is I already had the ear cushion fall off. Could not find it. I had to order more since I only had one back up.
BUT I LOVE THIS PHONE!
