They work and the price can't be beaten

I'm an Amazon shopper that really pays attention to the product reviews so I hope this review helps future buyers.
I was looking for headsets for our NEC DLV9XD) Phones and originally I asked the company who sold them to us but they wanted $225 per wired headset. The tech told me that they were Plantronics and if I wanted I could probably find them myself. I found various Plantronic models but were near the $100 mark which I still thought it was more than I wanted to pay for, so I took a chance and ordered 2 of these sets. Granted that our phones have a dedicated port for headsets which I imagine replaces the need to have an amplyfing base, the headsets have been working flawlessly. The cord is not long but I sit next to the phone all day typing and it doesn't bother me at all. the volume is good and the caller hears me perfectly. They are comfortable in the ear even to the other employee who hates headsets. I coulnd't ask for any more. If you have a phone that has a dedicated port for a headset, I would definately recomend these. If you don't, you may look into a set that includes an amplifying base just in case.

Works well on my phone at work!

Volume is good. Sound is good. Very lightweight. Can't complain about this product. There's no problem hearing the person talking. There's no problem of the person hearing you talk either. I'm now handsfree when I'm on the phone with a customer. Would highly recommend it for those that are constantly on the phone at work.

Good Customer Service, Low Volume

I had trouble fitting the headset to my phone, so I contacted their customer service department. They responded to me immediately and send me a new one after checking my phone model. The new one arrived in a few days and it's working great.
The only thing that is not as expected is the volume through the headset is not as loud as I expected.
